High Quality Conversations: Learning the art of effective influence and negotiation in the workplace.
If your job title includes Quality, chances are you do a lot more influencing than directing. This means that technical proficiency is not enough. You must also be good at bringing multiple stakeholders – especially managers – along with you.

• How to discover what's really needed in organisations and establish success conditions
• Different types of conversations and where to use them

• "Micro-skills" for building connections, respect and trust with different stakeholders

• Tools for expanding options towards shared goals and benefits
• Building agreement on making it happen.
Full course comprises 2 days via MS Teams on Wednesdays 10th and 17th April 2024 (9am-5pm SYDNEY time).
